e-Mentoring: COVID-19 response
Keeping aspirations alive and helping young people to keep their future on track, to
succeed and to write their own future
Candidates who are eligible for the programme:
● Year 11 - 13 students
● Students who would like assistance with their career options to navigate
their next steps
● Students who would like to build their confidence
What e-Mentoring offers
A structured programme which includes:
● Creating a strong CV
● Plan study goals
● Presentation skills
● Review pathways ahead, further education, apprenticeships, employment
● Introduction to corporate/workplace values and environment
● Understand the current and future career market
● Practice mock e-interviews/telephone interviews
Enhanced DBS checked mentor
Duration: 3 months
Commitment: 7 sessions - 30 minutes or more
Requirement: Student must have access to a laptop and broadband
