Trustees for Bromley , Lewisham and Greenwich Mind (closing date tomorrow)



· Voluntary (expenses paid)

· Approximately 4-8 hours per month

· Meetings take place in Bromley, Lewisham and Greenwich, or virtually via Video Conference when required

Bromley, Lewisham & Greenwich Mind is a highly regarded, innovative local Charity working alongside people with mental health problems and dementia to improve their quality of life. With an annual turnover of more than £4m, over 150 staff and 250 volunteers, we are one of the largest charities in the Mind network.

We are seeking to add to the expertise of our experienced, professional Board of Trustees. In particular, we are looking for people with skills and experience in any of the following areas:

  • Communications & Marketing

  • Fundraising

  • IT/Digital

  • Legal knowledge

  • Safeguarding

We recognise the importance of having a diverse and inclusive Board of Trustees, and would therefore particularly welcome applications from the following, currently under-represented, groups:

  • People from Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic (BAME) backgrounds

  • People aged 16-25

  • Disabled people

  • People with diverse sexual orientations and gender identities
