The Bank of things

As we enter the spring season, now is a good time to get out and start exploring the many things happening in our borough. With Lewisham being the borough of culture for the year. It's worth checking out the Bank of Things based at UNIT 19, Lewisham shopping centre just opposite H&M. The Bank of things is a project run by the young mayors team and young advisors in partnership with Lewisham Local.

At the Bank of things we provide a wide range of options for young people such as school essentials like pencils and scientific calculators as well as things centred around well being Also we provide personal products for young people such as, sanitary pads, toothpaste,

shower gel and other daily necessities.

Any young person from the age of 13-25 can pop down to the shopping centre to visit Unit 19 which is also is shared by Baseline and Youth Hub who provide support, advice and other opportunities for young people.

Check out our Tiktok where our young advisor Djbril explains more about the bank of things.
