Fantasy Wings
Fantasy Wings is a 10 month course run each month which equips young people with an understanding of the skills needed to become pilots and enter the Aviation Industry. It is run by commercial pilots, aviation leaders and ourselves.
It includes sessions such as the following
- How to become a Commercial Airline Pilot
- How to enter the Airline / Aviation Industry
- Different types of Aviation Engineers
- Leadership in Aviation
- What to expect from Pilot Training
- CV and Profile Building
- Airline Recruitment process
- Mock Interviews
and more
There are 1000 spaces available for young people from the BAME community. Once the course is finished 50 young people that were part of the programme will receive a free trial flying lesson and 3 young people will receive their Private Pilots License paid for. This is on a random selection basis and will be announced as part of the graduation ceremony.
